Our Small Group Training combines the best of two worlds: the personal attention of an experienced coach and the energy of exercising together in an inspiring environment.

Each session lasts 75 minutes and consists of well-thought-out blocks of real strength training, conditioning challenges, and core work. No fast circuits or endless repetitions, but controlled, technically well-executed exercises that make you stronger – just as you would expect from personal training.

We focus on quality over quantity. You are the focus: your goals, your technique, your progress.

Prices

Experience the benefits of personal coaching in a small group – starting from just €25 per session.
Our Small Group Training combines the guidance of a personal trainer with the motivation of training together in a fixed group of a maximum of 5 people.

Each session lasts 75 minutes – longer than most group classes – so there is real room for progressive strength training, technique work, core, and conditioning. No rushing or superficial circuits, but training with focus and structure.

We work with a commitment of 13 training sessions spread over 3 months (13 weeks). Can't make it one time due to vacation or illness? No problem – your session will simply be rescheduled so you don't miss anything.

You pay monthly or in one lump sum, whichever suits you best.
